Die Philadelphia Phantoms haben ihre Heimat seit 2014 in Allentown in Pennsylvania. Damit sind sie das dritte Team der AHL in diesem Bundesstaat und natürlich besteht eine starke Rivalität mit den Wilkes/Barre -Scranton Penguins und den Hershey Bears. Ein Titelgewinn ist dem Team aus Allentown bisher verwehrt geblieben. 2016 kratzte das Team bereits am Calder Cup, musste sich aber den San Jose Barracudas im Finale geschlagen geben. Nach längerer Abstinenz kehren die Phantoms nun in der WoH 2021 wieder auf das Eis zurück.
